Donna Joy Buchholz

I just wanted to share this. Donna was able to take over my case when my attorney passed away. I was losing my court case to gain custody of my three kids and as a man its very hard to win, well I won and it was cause of her hard work and dedication to my family and always answering texts, emails and... following up on all requests. So when I say to all the fathers out there, hire her, she is great!

I would definitely recommend Ms Buchholz if you are looking for a lawyer. She represented me in my divorce and in getting custody of my kids. She really fought for me and is very smart and also gave me good advice throughout the whole process, and in the end I do have primary custody of my 2 kids. Ms... Buchholz helped me to be prepared each step of the way, even though I was often caught up in my emotions, she was very informative so that I felt more confident and knew what to expect. She is hard working and very professional. I'm writing this review knowing that both of my kids are under the same roof as me, safe and sound, and Ms Buchholz is one of the main reasons that I can say that.

Ms. Bucholz was not the most expensive attorney I consulted with, but she did do the best job of explaining what I could expect (I paid for a few consultations because I was facing a nasty divorce with a child and many assets at stake). Once I hired her, she clearly cared about winning me a favor...able settlement. Although the divorce took longer than I expected, the settlement was also better than what I expected, so it was worth the wait. If my ex tries to take me to court again over custody, I will be rehiring Ms. Bucholz.

DJ Buchholz and her staff were a great team to work with through such a stressful time in my life. I felt Ms. Buchholz really listened to me and more importantly really cared. She worked to get the best outcome for my daughter and I. Even the minutes before the final hearing Ms Buchholz kept me calm... with her calming presence. I was able to walk out of the courtroom with respect and dignity thanks to DJ Buchholz.
