Donna Joy Buchholz

I have not yet hired Attorney Bucholz yet but she has offered me her help willingly and without excitation. I had a phone consultation with her twice about my case. Her staff is ALIVE, they actually answer the calls unlike many of other attorney's offices that you get to talk to a machine. The day ...that I was meant to drive to her office to hire her, I received a call back from another attorney that had learned about my case previously and this other attorney had a reputation to be one of the best, if not the best. That was a mistake on my part. I hired this other attorney and thousands of $ later in a matter of weeks: I am in the square one. I am looking forward to hiring Attorney Bucholz. As other review mentioned. She cares about my situation when I have not even hired her. She is a woman of faith. And for all of us believers, faith is what keep us moving.

I just finished a contested divorce with Donna as my attorney. To put it mildly, she cleaned house! I did not want a dirty, conniving lawyer, but a professional that knew the law, and would help me to present the facts of the case to the judge. Donna did not smear my ex, although her lawyer attemp...ted to smear me. The whole process, although painful, was very well orchestrated. Her knowledge of the judge helped us to form out our case, and her overall character impressed me greatly. Opposing counsel was what I expected in a divorce attorney - a scoundrel. Donna dealt with him very quickly, not by being more of a scoundrel, but by using the facts of the case, and case law. My settlement was much better than I could have hoped for, Donna was nothing short of amazing!

I've been with Donna now for over two years and her staff has been great. The case is still in process and we need to get more aggressive. Since hiring her, I've felt comfortable and confident in her abilities. While she may not know EVERYTHING (no person in the world does), she works hard to find... the answers. Sometimes people may drop the ball in a situation because of a family emergency, but that doesn't stop her team from communicating and doing their very best. The compassion her team displays makes you feel that you are important no matter what your financial or emotional situation is. She works for you and not opposing.
