Chelsea took care of my estate planning - setting up a trust, health care surrogate, pre-need guardianship for my daughter, and will. Chelsea was professional, detailed, and took care of this in a professional manner. Very pleased with the service I received.

An advocate for my family
Chelsea Scott walked us through the steps to complete our estate documents. To my surprise, there were many more decisions my wife and I had to consider than we initially realized. Never a fun topic discussing “what happens if…” but each time Chelsea asked that type of question, we were forced to consider the long-range possibilities. She worked with our best interests in mind, and crafted an estate plan that is tailored to our unique needs. Chelsea Scott receives my highest recommendation.

First class experience
Chelsea was wonderful to work with. We needed to update our estate documents and contacted Chelsea. When we met, she was extremely professional and clearly discussed what documents she could provide and the related costs. We then spent a considerable amount of time discussing how we wanted each document structured. Chelsea was able to provide guidance in areas where we needed advice. Her expertise was apparent. She was able to deliver the documents in the time promised for the amount agreed to. Overall, an amazing experience. We highly recommend Chelsea.

Best estate planner
Chelsea was absolutely wonderful! She handled the estate planning for our family- pointedly asking questions to aid in difficult decision-making. She was truly the neutral voice of reason, enabling my husband and me to make the seemingly best choices for our family- yet made sure that our hard-earned assets were protected for our children. She knew all of the laws, rules and regulations for modern-day estate planning. Turn-around time was fast- the whole process was seamless. Throughout our entire dealings with Chelsea, she was professional, honest, capable and extremely knowledgeable. I recommend her 110%!!!

Great experience with an issue I avoided
Nobody wants to think about their death or the death of their spouse. My wife and I were very irresponsible about getting our affairs in order. I'm really glad we worked with Chelsea on our trust - with her it wasn't about your demise but leaving behind a legacy and caring for those you love. She really made things easy and put them in perspective for us. Chelsea is also one of those rare professionals who doesn't try to "dazzle" you with her legal jargon - she explained everything to us in a concise language we understood. I'm really glad we have finally become responsible adults - thanks to Chelsea.
