Born in St. Petersburg, FL, and raised in Tampa, FL, David Carter is proud to represent residents of Florida in injury insurance claims, including Hillsborough County, Pinellas County, and Pasco County. After graduating from Jesuit High School in Tampa, FL, David attended the University of Florida on a Florida Bright Futures Scholarship and graduated from the highly-regarded Honors Program. David then attended Florida State University College of Law, graduating with Honors.
After graduation, David immediately went to work in the personal injury field at one of the larger firms. While he gained great satisfaction from helping his clients and achieving favorable results in their cases, he knew he would be happier focusing on building relationships with his clients and providing his clients personalized support throughout their entire case.
