Excellent Lawyer

Not Satisfied
I retained Spiro Komninos and paid $1,750.00 for him to look into my husband’s assets at time of death and to make sure there hadn’t been a divorce I was unaware of. Replied last April 05, 2019Nothing could be further from the truth about my handling of this matter. There were no issues with the Retainer Agreement, there was no lapse of any Statue of Limitations, and I had constant contact and communications with this client well exceeding the time allotted for in the flat fee agreement. In fact, this client fails to inform that she also filed a Florida Bar complaint to which the Florida Bar found no merit, and which specifically stated that I met all my professional responsibilities and duties owed under the terms of our Retainer Agreement and Florida Ethical Duties owed to clients. I was hired to help this client; I exposed all risks and uncertainties prior to being retained despite not being informed of all material facts by the client before being retained, and I fulfilled all of my responsibilities owed dutifully, diligently, competently and professionally - I know of no other way to practice law and live life.
