Mark Lee

As someone who has never had an attorney before & heard all the negatives stories about them, Mark was none of them. He was kind, he listened & answered all my questions & concerns. 99% of the time he answered his phone directly & if not, got back to me within a couple hrs. These big wig attorneys only see money rather than the people they take oaths to help but rarely go that extra mile and when I think of the term (am I my brothers keeper) it means so much to have someone care someone who will say I've got you and your not alone let me take the weight mr.lee is heaven... sent no questions asked he's were his is because of God to allow him to make a difference to show compassion and empathy for the tired and weak the old and disabled

I am compelled to write a review on the Christopher J Smith law firm and in particular about Mark Lee. I contacted the firm to assist me with filing a Social Security disability claim. I made an appointment and met with Mark Lee. He was able to answer all of my questions in a very simple and easy to... understand way. This was greatly appreciated not having any knowledge of the process. Mark recommended that I have a functionality study of my ability of movement or should I say my lack of. This was the best tip he could have given me and I feel that it was the turning point in my case. On the first go around my case was denied. They did this without the benefit of the functionality report. Mark filed the appeal for me and made sure that the case worker had all the documentation needed to make the right decision on my case with several personal phone calls and inquires. (Above and beyond the call of duty) It was approved within the next month. Without Mark staying on top of the process another denial may have been made. The other thing I would like to point out is his communication with me. Any email I would send him or phone call I would make to him was responded to in a very timely fashion. Coming from the corporate world I have learned over the years that there is nothing more important than communication and stellar communication is what I received from Mark and I appreciated that more than anything else except of course receiving the approval of my case. I pray that I never need the assistance of a law firm in the future but if I do my first call would be to Mark for his outstanding guidance.
