Solid attorney that knows his stuff with the IRS

I spoke to Darrin back in April 2017 about my situation and at that time I did not need an attorney. Well August 2017 the IRS came knocking on my door. I was so terrified and worried and I called Darrin right away. His office staff was very helpful through this entire pain staking ordeal. I put m...y trust in Darrin and his staff and they came through. I had to do my part and supply them with all the information they needed and they were there every step of the way. I know I probably called more than I needed to, but they never seemed to mind. I had my OIC approved the other day and I am finally able to move on with my life knowing this is all behind me. I can't thank Darrin and his staff enough. They gave me my life back from the IRS.

What An Attorney Should Be

When I first contacted Darrin Mish I had a serious issue which needed to be resolved quickly. I was not in a position to pay what was expected of me and was feeling unrelenting pressure by the IRS. Darrin took my case and I paid him his fee to "take me to the end and resolution" It took a long tim...e and there were many rejections of the Offer In Compromise. He stayed with it and was effective in negotiating me to the point where the debt was finally settled, and I am now I have a clear record with no blemishes visible on the credit bureau reports. During the process of resolving my issue we had gone well beyond what I would have expected to pay for his services and he never once asked me to pay anything more. He is a man of his word, and knows his trade. I have referred several people to him and will continue to going forward. I have received a "thank you" along with words of praise about him from all of the people that I have sent to him. John

Tampa's top IRS attorney

I was recommended Darrin's office by a close friend and long time colleague who has excellent results. Darrin's office negotiated an agreement that quite frankly exceeded my expectations. However, it's the after the conclusion of that matter that really shows what a class business this is. I've h...ad multiple small questions recently that I needed some guidance on. Heather has always been extremely prompt, courteous and helpful with great advice on how to handle these matters, including telling me straight up that if I did a, b and c it wouldn't be worth it to retain them. That's rare. Highly recommended if you ever need someone to competently have your back on any tax matters.

Hands down the best decision I have made in a long time . MR Darrin Mish took our case and walked me and my wife right through the process .He held our hands the whole way through and always addressed our questions and concerns which where many . Darrin Mish is amazing!!!

I hired Darrin Mish due to an IRS letter stating that I owed over $111,000.00 for several years of past due taxes.
