Biography
I have been a resident of Florida since 1975. I have been married since 1979 and have two daughters. One is married and she is an attorney in Tampa. The other is married and lives in New Hampshire. I am a member of Messiah Lutheran Church. I operate my business based upon Biblical principles and I welcome you as a client if you have an issue in my field of practice.
I graduated from the University of South Florida in 1979 with honors. While at Stetson College of Law, I received the Freshman Moot Court Outstanding Participant Award and the American Jurisprudence Book Award in Damages. I was an Associate Editor of the Stetson Law Review as well. I graduated from Stetson Cum Laude.
I received the Ted Millison Professionalism Award for 2006. This award is given to one attorney each year who exhibits the highest standards of ethics in their practice. I also am AV rated by Martindale Hubbell which is the highest rating possible.
My office is easily accessible with parking at the front door. My office is located one mile west of Interstate 275 on West Fletcher Avenue.

Very Poor Attorney
I am a single mother and I don't make very much money and expected this attorney to represent me during this difficult in my life. I would not recommend this lawyer. He is highly ineffective. Replied last October 24, 2011This client wanted to keep the father from his children without any valid reason. I could not accomplish that feat nor would I in good conscience. She signed a mediation agreement and then did not honor it. I filed a motion to withdraw because of her actions and the fact she refused to honor our fee arrangement. Our legal system has rules and guidelines and they must be followed. The client was fully informed of these rules.
