Meticulous, professional, and knowledgeable!

Sam and his team represented my husband through his Immigration process. on February 27th, we celebrated the Naturalization ceremony, which was one of the best days of our lives. Sam's team is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. They took us step by step along the way, meticulousl...y reviewing every document, every form, and every due date so that there would be no mistakes and no delays. Thank you Sam!!

The best, professional on time communication and delivery.

I wouldn’t ever hesitate to refer Sam he is an outstanding lawyer with a mountain full of knowledge regarding immigration law and practice he turned my struggling case around in a heart beat and kept it real with me. He navigated through the court system swiftly and promptly. You will be disappointed... if you choose this lawyer I’m in my way to enjoy my well deserved freedom in the United States of American thanks to him and his team.

For over 15 years as a legal resident, I was afraid to reapply for my citizenship because I was denied once before. After talking to many attorneys, Sam was the only one with the required expertise to handle my case and give me the confidence to trust him. In less than a year I proudly became a US ...citizen. Thank you Sam for changing my life and for your commitment to your clients.

Made the process easy to understand.

Sam helped my mom get her residency after just 1 year, we thought it would take much longer but it went by so fast. We are really grateful for the work he has done!

Unprofessional, rude and condescending.

Reached out to this "attorney" for immigration help for my brother in law. He in essence told us we couldn't afford his help and smugly answered the few questions we were able to get out. Time waster that will try to squeeze you for money all the while telling you how he can't help you. I'm an active... Marine and to be treated this way by such a tiny man is infuriating. AVOID!

Marines are awesome; everyone says so. I took an amphibious warfare planner course in San Diego years ago with a bunch of young Marine Corps Officers, and I love staying on the Marine Corps base at Kaneohe when I vacation on Oahu. I have to drive across an active runway to get to my beach cabana, and I'm always impressed at the pilots handling those V-22 Osprey. Throughout my 30 years as an attorney, I have always strived to provide my clients with the most professional and diligent service. This goes especially for people who have served in the military. My law practice is a veteran-owned business, because I proudly served the USA with a distinguished and decorated career of 28 years as a U.S. Navy Officer. Please feel free to call me any time to address the obvious miscommunication, even though neither you nor your brother-in-law is my client and I do not recall even having the conversation you describe.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
