I met with Sam to prepare for an I-751 waiver interview. He was recommended to me by two other attorneys who I have worked with in the past. I respect both of their opinions and so I agreed to meet with Sam. Unfortunately, my meeting with an immigration officer was only a couple weeks away and S...am was unavailable to accompany me to the interview due to such short notice. He immediately offered to assist by writing a letter to USCIS to reschedule the interview but after a brief discussion we both agreed to meet in person first so he could better evaluate my case and see if this was something I could do on my own. I was not disappointed. Sam has over 18 years of immigration experience but even more impressive was the way he quickly reviewed my file and immediately focused on the potential weak points. I learned more from Sam in one hour then my previous hours and hours of doing my own internet research. I came out of that meeting with a clear "to do" list and we agreed to meet back in one week for review. By the end of our second meeting I had a few more small things to do but I was ready.
