Hardworking honest attorney with a GOOD HEART!!

I am writing to thank attorney Kevin Slattery, and his team for the excellent work done in successfully getting my Deportation case terminated before my scheduled court date and securing my Citizenship in a complex case. Kevin Slattery is an outstanding Immigration attorney, and I can barely gather ...the words to explain how much I truly appreciate him. I was in immigration removal proceedings and was facing possible deportation. I was worried and couldn't eat or sleep worrying about what might happen with my case, I thought my life had ended and I was in very dark place for a longtime, but thanks to attorney Slattery, for saving me from so much hardship. Kevin worked his magic and saved me from being deported and I’m now in the process of becoming a United States Citizen. I am so thankful to have had such and amazing attorney, to guide me through the very difficult and complicated Immigration process. In my opinion what really separates Kevin from most other immigration lawyer is that he truly cares about his clients and is not money hungry. He is also very thorough, organized, knowledgeable and devoted to his his work and achieving the best possible outcomes. Mr. Slattery, is one of the only truly honest, caring, trustworthy attorneys and he give lawyers a good name. I thank GOD for sending me to him!!! I wholeheartedly endorse and recommend Mr. Kevin Slattery to anyone in need of an exceptionally talented, caring and gifted immigration lawyer.. THANK YOU KEVIN AND GOD BLESS YOU!!! Marcy M

Professional

We should've hired him from the start. We met him before filing my AOS application, and then decided to go to a charity to fill our application. They made multiple mistakes, and we ended up losing many months (my application was reset). We then hired Mr. Slattery, and from there on, everything wen...t smooth including the interview (where he stepped in to help clarify some misunderstanding). Highly recommended

THE BEST LAWYER EVER!

Mr. Slattery is a very compassionate attorney that actually cares about his clients and is not all about money. He took my adjustment of status case which was very complicated because my husband is incarcerated and couldn't attend the interview with me but Mr. Slattery helped me to get my case appro...ved in less than 6 months! If you are going through the whole immigration process just put God first and hire Mr. Slattery and he will fight for you until the end for the best outcome.

Heaven Sent**

Thank You Kevin for all you did for My Family. It was a long 3 years but thanks to you my husband went from deportation status to being a US Citizen. Forever Grateful.

Not recommended

I'm not happy with the work he has done in my case so far. Actually, after making us wait more than two months we decided to terminate. Then he charged more than 40% of the money even he did nothing.

Not having been terminated as counsel recently by anyone other than an employment-based (PERM labor certification case) client, I must assume that this review pertains to that matter. Although I can appreciate any client's desire for a swift resolution to their immigration needs, when it comes to certain types of immigration cases, for example PERM labor certification cases, serious and considerable deliberation should be employed before taking concrete, irreversible steps. The slightest misstep in certain cases, like PERM, can, in the long run, lead to wasted time and money. In a PERM case, what a client may, but hopefully does not, perceive as inactivity is actually serious, careful deliberation. This includes, but is not limited to, evaluating and selecting the most appropriate Occupational Information Network - Standard Occupational Classification (O*NET-SOC) occupation code, gathering clarifying information from the employer to verify either that the initially contemplated O*NET-SOC code is appropriate or that another code should be considered, and analyzing whether the employer's stated requirements for the position in question exceed the Specific Vocational Preparation (SVP) scale identified for the occupation in the respective O*NET job zone. Practitioners unaware of the consequences of preparing a PERM application that identifies job requirements that exceed SVP and spending perhaps thousands of dollars of the client's money to run faulty job advertisements, these practitioners run the risk of having to begin the entire case anew following a denial. I strive always to provide excellent service and, in that respect, am sorry that the author of this review felt dissatisfied.
