I had some pretty serious legal issues going on in my life this past year that had me feeling unsure and backed into a corner. I actually already had another attorney hired for my cases (that's right, plural), but I felt like he was not getting the job done appropriately. A friend referred me to AJ... Alvarez and Ralph Fernandez and encouraged me to contact them and let the professionals handle the situation. I called them, switched over and I 100% MADE THE BEST DECISION! They had my first case positively resolved within a week! AJ and Ralph were super knowledgeable and aggressive in handling the matter. El motivo de este E-Mail es por una publicacion que salio en Facebook, sobre la Casa Cuba en Cayo Hueso, creo que pienzan entregarcela a la tirania de Cuba ahora con esto del Deshielo de Obama y le qu...isiera dar mi opinion y de ser posible tratar de evitar eso mi opinion es la siguiente. Con todo respeto asia el Dr. Rafael Penalver, en mi humilde opinion creo que los articulos donados a La Casa Cuba de Cayo Hueso fueron donados por cubanos del exilio, que no simpatizan con la dictadura Castrista, lo que quiere decir que si la administracion Obama desidiera otorgarle ese local a la tirania que lo haga, pero que se lo entregue vacio y todos los documentos y articulos donados para la Casa Cuba en Cayo Hueso sean devueltos a sus donantes o guardados para una futura Casa Cuba en una Cuba Libre y asi nos recordara la gesta heroica del pueblo de Bayamo cuando decidio darle candela al pueblo antes de entregarcelo a los espanoles, los EUA tiene el derecho de entregarle a los tiranos lo que quiera, pero no nuestro sudor ni sentimientos patrios eso es nuestro. I have no idea why the previous commenter wrote the negative things she did about Mr Fernandez. His office help is top notch from the first phone call Irene was absolutely wonderful and pleasant. I was referred to him by another attorney in Tampa for a criminal felony my son got himself into. From th...e moment I met "Ralph" he was absolutely straight forward and to the point and explained all the options available to my son. His experience and knowledge of criminal law is extensive. Long story short my son was facing 15 years and he prepared us for the worst and guess what not one single day in jail. He is by no means "your ham and egger $3500 attorney" but what I can say is he is absolutely worth his weight in gold !!! I consulted with Norman Canela and Barry Cohen prior to going to Ralph and decided to go with the Fernandez firm based on his honest no bs approach. I am so happy I did and my son took his words to heart and has been on the straight and narrow until today thank God.
