Excellent Service from Attorney Jeffrey Reynolds at The Ticket Clinic

I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for my lawyer, Mr. Jeffrey Reynolds, at The Ticket Clinic. He did an outstanding job representing to me, from the very beginning, Mr. Reynolds showed professionalism, kindness, and strong communication skills. What really stood out t...o me was how dedicated he is to his clients. He always makes sure you stay informed — he sends emails, follows up with phone calls, and even texts messages if you do not respond. He makes every effort to personally reach out and ensure you understand every step of the process. Mr. Reynolds treats all his clients with respect and fairness, no matter their background or culture. He listens carefully, answers all your questions, and makes sure you feel comfortable and confident before your court date. I got a fine, court costs, and an advanced traffic course!

I got a citation for $281 for speeding and I could take a basic class to avoid points on my license in Manatee County. I hired The Ticket Clinic to fight this ticket and they did a terrible job representing me. While the judge "withheld adjudication" the court costs were more than the original ticket..., I had to pay Ticket Clinic, and was ordered to take a 12 Hour Advanced Driver Improvement Course which is only usually given to people with serious history of infractions or suspended licenses, which I don't have. Ticket Clinic could not explain why this was or give me any explanation. I ahd to track down my own court documents and this was the lawyer who represented me. according to the court records. I never spoke to him directly and when I asked Ticket Clinic for an explanation they never put me in contact with him.

Disappointed

My ticket was for driving with a broken tail light and I received my first ticket at 24 years old along with a clean driving record, I hired ticket Clinic for my case and Jeffrey represented my case and did not fall through, I paid 90 to the clinic and now I am ordered to pay 163 in court costs! More... than the ticket itself. I expected more from an attorney with a history like Mr. Reynolds. I would NOT recommend him, he did not put forth all his effort for my simple case.

If you would please contact my office at (813)873-9054, I would be happy to look into your case and try to see why the Court ordered the $163 in court costs. I can also look so see if there are any options to address your concerns and possibly readdress the case with the Court. I hope to hear from you soon.
