I hired Mr. Garcia for my very difficult family law case. I had three previous lawyers that just weren’t doing what was best for my children and I. I hired him with only two months left before trial. He far exceeded my expectations. At all hours of the day, night and weekend he answered emails and ca...lls immediately. He was more than prepared for trial and I got everything I wanted, and more. The thought of trial gave me horrendous anxiety; Mr. Garcia eased that with being prepared, coming early to court and meeting with me days before the trial to ensure we had our ducks in a row. I hired Jaime for a violation of probation hearing. Besides the court date the ONLY time I spoke with Jaime was to retain him. I called every day leading up to the court date because I wanted to go over my case with Jaime and let him know what I was trying to accomplish. I called and called and his "...assistant" told me (for two weeks) that he had court hearings every day, all day leading up to my court date. (Mind you, he was coincidentally available to speak to me upon retaining him) On the day of the hearing we met and he went over the case with me and what would be happening at the hearing. I specifically asked him over, and over, AND OVER again about the commitment. I was asking for time served (which he would have known if he took time to reach out to me) and he told me I would get my time served but I later found out that did not happen. Once I was clear on my commitment (two months later) I tried to reach out to Jaime for clarification and guess what his "assistant" (who I DID NOT) hire told me? "He has court hearings every day this week." He was ONLY available to take my money, I hired him to do what I wanted him to do and he did his own thing. Spend your money somewhere else.

For those of you just in the beginnings of your divorce, let me first say how sorry I am. Stay strong, it will eventually get better. It will get better, sooner, if you hire Jaime Garcia and his group of professionals. My world, like yours, was turned upside down. Mine began right before Thanksg...iving. One of my closest friends, who went through a divorce a year prior, highly recommended Jaime because he was a "Pitbull". I have trusted this friend with my life on numerous occasions and did not waiver in this "Life or death" situation. This time however, the battle was for my children and my financial future. On my very first visit/consultation I met with Jim, Brandy and Jaime. ALL awesome. Jaime told me what my ex should be making when she went back to work full time and how much in alimony and child support I should pay. At the end, Jaime was ABSOLUTELY correct with all numbers and actually she owed ME child support. With being married for over 17 years I was looking at the possibility of permanent alimony. Jaime was able to get me a total of 8 years! 8 years may seem like a lot of time but I have friends,who used other attorneys, and are paying $1,500/month, permanently. Don't make that costly mistake. Jaime knows the law inside and out. He also knows numbers. He is a CPA as well. When we went to arbitration the opposing counsel tried to use my ex's net salary and my gross salary in order to inflate my numbers and deflate her's. Jaime shot that down quickly and decisevely. I would be remiss if I did not mention an angel of a woman, Brandy. Brandy works with Jaime and held my hand through this entire process and kept my focus on what mattered most. She is a fantastic person who went through every one of my pains, was sympathetic, and administered some tough love when I would get weak in the knees. Her son just graduated from Marine bootcamp. I am sure she gave him the same will to move forward as she did me. Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic. For what they did for me and my children, they will forever be in my prayers and in my heart. Jaime Garcia and his law is the attorney for you. For ANY situation. NO ONE BETTER. ANYWHERE.

Words really don’t say it but I want to say how grateful I am to Garcia Law Group both for supporting me through all of my divorce. I know there have been some emotionally testing times and I am sure many times you have wanted to tell me to go screw myself, I didn’t even want to deal with me some ti...mes. I couldn’t have had a better legal team to get me through this hell. Not being believed when you are telling the truth is very difficult to deal with, having strangers and so called professionals analyse your every move and pass opinion on matters they know nothing about is challenging to say the least. During this trial I have learned just how much you believed in me and the truth. Although not always acknowledging it you listened to everything I told you, even the tiny details. You scoured masses of documents to find what you needed, you looked at heartbreaking pictures, you listened to horrible calls, you found obscure case law to support your argument for me you even listened to my tears of frustration. You had the tiniest thread of hope for me to cling to and you clung to it and made it into a rope. This law firm consists of amazing people and I will always be grateful to you, without you I may never have seen my children again.
