Biography
I was born and raised in Tampa and have lived in Tampa my entire life. My father has practiced law in Tampa since 1971, and my grandfather opened up the first JC Penny's in Tampa as the store manager. My wife is from Plant City, where her family has grown strawberries for generations. We have two daughters, and I have coached girl's softball for 9 straight seasons. I enjoy the outdoors with my family and friends.
My family has deep roots in the Tampa area, and I am dedicated to helping people who face difficult legal issues.
I have gained experience in the courtroom and litigated cases from start to finish. Having more than 30 jury trials to my name, I am well aware of insurance company tactics that try to minimize your case. My office will help you and fight for you, on a personal level. You are not a number in my office, you are a person. My staff and I know every client on a personal basis. I am always available to discuss your case.
