I was involved in a lawsuit, and at a critical juncture in the car, the lawyer I had obtained had a medical emergency. Since the specifics of my case were time sensitive, it would have been disadvantageous for me to attempt to delay matters until my lawyer would have been able to continue, and so my ...lawyer put me in contact with Mr. Dees. It was really the eleventh hour when Mr. Dees became involved in my case, so I imagine that would usually harm my chances of success with most attorneys who would have to “learn of the fly” the details of my side of this dispute, but to my (pleasant) surprise, Mr. Dees stepped in and as if this was the most normal occurrence for him, asked me all the right questions in a straightforward manner, immediately seemed to have a mastery of the details I provided, quickly yet thoughtfully came up with an effective strategy, and set to work immediately in a manner of efficiency I’ve never seen from an attorney before. Under what I imagine were the least desirable circumstances for a lawyer to inherit a case, Mr. Dees obtained a result for me which was not only better than what I expected or needed, but was even a better result than my previous counsel told me I could expect(and was even better than what Mr. Dees told me I could likely expect as well!). I don’t believe any other lawyer, with all the time in the world, could have done any better than Mr. Dees did in an unbelievably small window of time. If this is an example of his legal work under the toughest of circumstances, I can only imagine how well he must do when he has an unlimited, or a less limited, time frame to work with. I can not recommend him enough and I cannot thank him enough.
