Keith G. Shevenell

I practice in the areas of Homeowners’ Associations, Property Management, Business Litigation, Creditors’ Rights, Contracts, Foreclosure, Insurance, Landlord/Tenant, Family and Personal Injury.

Prior to joining the firm in 2016, I served as a contested litigator representing corporate clients for a statewide creditors’ rights firm. I conducted all stages of litigation from complaint to judgment, with a primary focus on contested non-jury trials as first chair. I also made weekly court appearances for hearings and/or trials while maintaining and directing assigned files for Palm Beach County Florida.

Earlier in my career, I supervised operations for a Tampa law firm that expanded into New Jersey. My primary focus at the firm was on first party insurance disputes following Super Storm Sandy. In this capacity, I drafted, approved, filed dispositive motions, pleadings, and memoranda on various subjects relative to those practice areas.

I has represented clients through all stages of litigation including trial, contested court hearings, and various alternative dispute forums including mediations, examinations under oath, and neutral evaluations.

I managed his own general practice law firm for two years following law school graduation. During this time I assisted clients in matters relating to personal injury, family law, landlord/tenant, medical malpractice, small claims, and general civil actions.

While in law school, I interned for the Honorable Judge Nick Nazaretian in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida. As an intern, I observed trials and reviewed motions and pleadings relating to county criminal and general civil litigation.
