Biography
Mr. Hodges is an associate with the firm, primarily practicing in the areas of civil defense litigation, business disputes, family law, and insurance coverage. Thomas has experience representing clients across multiple areas of commercial and civil litigation in both state and federal courts, including the defense of premises liability, construction defect, insurance coverage and breach of contract claims.
Thomas received his undergraduate degree from Elon University in 2008 and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2012. While in law school, Thomas served as a research assistant for the Office of International Programs, and spent a semester studying abroad in London, England.
Thomas is a member of the Florida Bar, the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the Florida Bar Admiralty Law Committee.
