Biography
As someone who immigrated to the United States, I know about the needs and struggles of immigrants. Unlike many other immigration lawyers, my office represents clients in all areas of Immigration Law. In addition to being Board Certified by the Florida Bar, as a Business Lawyer and former Prosecutor, I bring a depth of knowldege to cases involving business/investment immigration and to cases involving criminal convictions that many immigration lawyers do not possess.
As a result of my expertise and specialization in immigration matters, I am a frequent speaker at law conferences, I am often consulted by the media, and appear on Fox and Univision as a commentator on matters involving Immigration Law.

Knowledgeable
Mr. Perez is a very smart man who knows his subject. He does not come cheap but I don't think that you should have that as a goal for such an important matter as a visa. He showed me several situations where I could not do what I wanted to do because of reasons I did not think about.

dismissing old charge as a reason to be avalaible apply for green card
I had an old charge of possession of paraphernalia which made me inadmissible to get a green card.
