E1-E2 Visa, The Best Lawyer

We started working with Mr. Perez in 2016. We fully explained our situation to him and he drew a roadmap for us. First, we applied for and received the E1-E2 investor visa. Then we applied for a permanent residence with the sponsor for the green card. Although the process is a bit long, we have rec...eived it as of this month. One of the most important things I can say with Mr. Fernando is that as long as you listen to him and do exactly what he says, you have no chance of failing in your cases. Everything he told us from the very beginning was just as he said. He is a lawyer I can definitely recommend. I have referred at least 4-5 of my friends besides me and I have not heard anyone who is not satisfied with him. I am grateful to Mr. Fernando and Christine Conde for everything they do.

In a very difficult moment and when we felt defeated, someone gave us the best advice of her life. She recommended Fernando Pérez and his assistant, Christine Conde. We were very fearful and distrustful of what might happen with my husband's case. From the first moment they showed us kindness, instilled in us trustworthiness and reduced our stress. The pandemic got through, but we never stopped having contact with them. Due to the previous preparation and their wise advice, the interview was a success and now we are just waiting for the arrival of my husband's Green Card. Fernando and Christine's experience makes any immigration case resolved in a positive way. They know what to do and the correct steps to take. They handle the: “How? When? and Where?". Our personal recommendation is not to make our initial mistake, which was to do a USCIS process without going hand by hand with an attorney. The right thing for immigration cases is to be handled by expert attorneys like Fernando and Christine. In the long run this will save money and time. Now they have a special place in our lives.

Fernando Perez Professional Profile

We moved out from my country (Argentina) in February 2008. We walked arround visiting various lawyers in Miami and also in the Tampa Bay area. Honestly, we have had bad and sad experiences with lawyers in both places till a person who we knew in Oldsmar, FL, recommended us Fernando Perez who showed t...o be a complete expert on Immigration topics. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM to everybody who would need to get a Visa to live legally in the USA. He has the knowlege and professionalism needed to achieve the ultimate goal!!! Go ahead and trust in him!!!

Bad attitude, unreliable working ethic.

I had an initial meeting with Fernando months before. I waited for him for half an hour at his home office until he showed up. We discussed some details about my L1 visa. He explained some information to me. When I walked out of his meeting room, I saw his assistant playing computer games.... According to his attitude and his assistant's work ethic, I believe this place is kind of shady. I don't recommend people to work with him.

First, I think this person has me confused with another attorney, as I do not have a home office. Second, assuming it was my office, immigration interviews and court appearances sometimes go longer than anticipated. This is something we have no control over. In addition, the rest of my reviews and my over 30 years without a bar complaint speak for themselves, so there is clearly no basis for this person's conclusion that I run a "shady" office. It is also clear that this person did not hire me, yet they have indicated above that I handled their immigration matter.
