We started working with Mr. Perez in 2016. We fully explained our situation to him and he drew a roadmap for us. First, we applied for and received the E1-E2 investor visa. Then we applied for a permanent residence with the sponsor for the green card. Although the process is a bit long, we have rec...eived it as of this month. One of the most important things I can say with Mr. Fernando is that as long as you listen to him and do exactly what he says, you have no chance of failing in your cases. I had an initial meeting with Fernando months before. I waited for him for half an hour at his home office until he showed up. We discussed some details about my L1 visa. He explained some information to me. When I walked out of his meeting room, I saw his assistant playing computer games.... According to his attitude and his assistant's work ethic, I believe this place is kind of shady. I don't recommend people to work with him.
