Simply put...Amazing!!!

My husband and I are so grateful for Fernando! He saved us from a really tight spot when our former attorney left us without counsel a week prior to my husbands deportation hearing. He attended court with us and got us a continuance granted for Cancellation of Removal. After that he helped us prepare... our case in only 90 days, Fernando and Christine were beyond amazing! They both were there for us every step of the way and guided us step by step! Our trial went by without a hitch and the outcome was in our favor. We are now just waiting for a green card number to become available for my husband. Thanks to Fernando we can now start to focus on our family and our future. We are forever grateful for him! He and Christine are an amazing team and are both so caring and make sure you understand every single possible outcome! Fernando is BEYOND qualified for any immigration needs! We would recommend him to any and everyone! Thank you so much for believing in us and helping to keep our family together!

E2

I retained Mr. Perez services to change my status from B1/B2 to E2. I have consulted with multiple lawyers prior meeting with Mr. Perez. by far he is the best E2 attorney in town. So far he managed to get me the E2 status and renew it once with no problems at all. What differentiates Mr. Perez from ...most of the other immigration lawyers is that he truly cares. Thank you very much Mr. Perez for all what you have done.

Best responsive and skilled attorney that I have ever worked with!

I met Fernando while inquiring about obtaining my naturalization (N400 petition). Upon arriving at my initial appointment I was received cordially by Mr. Perez's staff and seen punctually by Mr. Perez. Although I have been eligible for naturalization for close to a decade, I had to wait to apply sinc...e I have a large IRS debt due to misinformation in my part back in 2004-2006 > I also had to wait until I was able to establish a payment plan late in 2012 in order to apply. Mr. Perez addressed my concerns with the upmost sensitivity and care. This made me comfortable from the start since to us, the applicants, those cases can be life changing. I knew then I had made a great decision in representation but the best was yet to come. During my interview, everything went as it should until the interviewing officer showed concern about my IRS debt and challenged my intentions of repayment. Mr. Perez jumped in immediately and argued to truly have the officer see this in the correct light and not on the one he was questioning. Regardless, the officer decided to not make a decision and sent me home with a request for additional evidence. This included ALL of my tax returns, a detailed explanation from a board certified tax attorney and a couple of other documents. I was naturally very concerned. Although I was very impressed with the officer's attention to detail since his position is vital to the safety of the country I love, it still made me sad that my moral character would be questioned .Mr Perez re-assured me that the officer is a fair man and urged me to obtain all the evidence requested which was not easy. At one point I e-mailed Mr. Perez wanting to just withdraw my application since it was causing me a lot of anxiety. He reassured me, took his time answering my questions and convinced me to stay the course . After my RFE was sent along with a detailed response by Mr. Perez, I went into waiting mode. Today, I received a notification from USCIS that I was placed on QUE for my Oath Ceremony. Mr. Perez's representation from beginning to end is an example of excellence in his profession and his skills and kindness with his clients is nothing short of outstanding. Respectfully.

Lawyer Review

Attorney Perez is a well versed and genius in Immigration Law. He has an awesome method and strategy to approach and analyze a case, and an even superb approach to attack the case. Attorney Perez is ALWAYS proactive, rather than reactive; if he is reactive (c.q. waiting/passive approach), it is bec...ause it is part of the aggressive strategy to get me as his client the best path to the best desired results. Attorney Perez is always very ethical, very skilled and his years of experienced in the field is clear from the first 5 minutes you visit with him. One aspect of Attorney Perez's work that I always liked, and continue to respect today, is the fact that he will ALWAYS, repeat, ALWAYS be honest and tell you the truth, along with the probabilties of success, and indicative timeframes. This is helpful in making decisions along with counsel. But in 2006, in my opinion and based on personal knowledge, Attorney Perez attained the distinction of SUPER IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY. Attorney Perez took a case facing a dismal and disastrous condition under US immigration law, and took it to a desired, planned outcome; what was more impressive to me was the TIMEFRAME Attorney Perez obtained a satisfactory result, taking the cases all the way to the U.S. District Court. This particular case went from facing a 5% success rate to a 120% success rate because of strategic, aggressive and master lawyering; hence why ANY publication or review of Attorney Perez would earn him the title of Super Lawyer. Above ALL the Super lawyering, Attorney Perez has an ability to understand the client, very concerned, passionate and personable and has that human touch to a sometimes stressful case. I started using the services of Attorney Perez in 1997, and the consistency and skillful approach to Immigration Law has been excellent in my opinion (I am the benefactor and close participation - because of recommending Attorney Perez). Based on my personal experience and that of others that I have sent his way (over 5 cases minimum, with excellent outcomes), there is no better mind in American Jurisprudence in the area of Immigration Law, than Attorney Fernando Perez. Beyond ANY consideration, I will always want, and continue to have Attorney Perez as my lawyer.
