Helping other people overcome challenges in their lives has been a constant drive in Christophe Fiori’s life. Christophe’s unique perspective as an immigrant, small business owner, and attorney motivates him to focus on the many legal challenges that individuals face every day.

Christophe has helped men and women in all aspects of a family law cases including divorce and paternity actions to establish parental rights under Florida law. Many of the cases Christophe has worked on have settled prior to trial, whether through the process of mediation, or other settlement negotiations. In some cases, a spouse may need alimony to become rehabilitated to the market place or to maintain a standard of living. Christophe has worked with individuals seeking alimony and with individuals being asked to pay alimony. Christophe grew up in Florida, but was born in France, and he speaks French fluently. Christophe immigrated to the US as a teenager, after living for several years in France, and South Africa. Gaining legal residency in the US was a lifelong process that ultimately motivated him to attend Law School.

Besides his interests in business and the law, Christophe has always been fascinated by aviation. Christophe took his first flying lesson at Peter 'O Knight Airport on Davis Island, Florida at age 13. Christophe is a licensed pilot and flight instructor. Learning to fly and instructing has taught Christophe how to manage a high stress situations while still focus on the task at hand.

He was a lifesaver

You are in good hands with Chris. I was going through a horrible child custody battle and Chris helped guide me and gave me peace of mind throughout the court hearing process. He help me understand what to expect and how to prepare. Luckily because of him things ended on a good note and my ex and I are doing a great job of co-parenting. If you need someone you can trust to be on your side and get the job done right, Chris is the attorney you need.

Great Eviction attorney

Most Lawyers I contacted were very unreasonable in pricing . This Law office was the first attorney that was very fair with cost and got my squatters out fairly quick.. I have a few rentals and will definitely use this lawyer again.

Very Satisfied

Although we lucked out and did not have to follow thru with the eviction - we received valuable information in our dealings with our renter. We initially spoke with Chris Fiori but had multiple conversations with Jeremy who guided us thru our negotiations. Would definitely hire this company again if we need to evict a tenant.

The Best!

Chris is the best. He was with me through every step, every hearing. Everything I needed he was was there and most helpful. Very kind, caring and professional. never held anything back and told everything I needed to know no matter what. God or bad. If it wasn't good news he would say exactly what he was going to do or what I should do. I was very happy with the entire process from beginning to end and would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Excellent Attorney

Mr. Fiori is an exceptional attorney. He took the time to assist me in my case. He came in the middle of a difficult divorce as the second attorney and took charge and helped resolve the issues. He is an amazing man and passionate about his work. He takes each case personally not like other attorneys that just treat you like a “case”. Landlord / Tenant Issue

I was having issues with a difficult tenant in September and needed her evicted from my property. He has experience with Landlord / Tenant contracts and laws, so naturally this is why I chose him to represent me. Fast Divorce

Getting my divorce through the Office of Christophe Fiori was just amazing. They were extremely communicative, professional and fast. My ex-wife was in another country and they made it seem like she was around the corner with all the paperwork we had to do. Couldn't have asked for more

I retained Mr. Fiori in my divorce proceedings and I could not have been more pleased. He handled everything for me and his office staff was courteous and professional. The price agreed upon was reasonable and he did not charge me a penny more. He negotiated with my estranged husband and was able to get him to agree to sign the marital settlement agreement which allowed me to obtain an uncontested divorce much quicker than I expected. I would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone going through this very difficult and personal decision. I was very pleased with the entire experienced.

The Law office of Chris Fiori, your best bet by far.

I hired Christopher Fiori for a quick and smooth divorce, not only did I get that , him and his great staff treated me great they were very responsive, to all my calls and concerns, what impressed me most, is the personal time he gave me for my case, I didn't have to talk to a secretary all the time, mostly he called me personally, I would never hire any other family law office, mr. Fiori I, did I great job, I received everything I asked for in court, I would recommend him to anybody.

One star... I hired him to just evict my son

Instead now my son is running for his life from police, because Christopher fiore lied to police saying he was threatened. Stay far far away

Absolute worst lawyer

Pretty much just took my money and showed up in court unprepared. Refused to comment on legalities in the settlement and the opposite party ran all over us. He filed to drop my representation right after the court date and refused to even review the final settlement. Still not sure if a state order conflicting with multiple federal laws is binding or not--not willing to pay another $10,000+ to find out. After the court settlement he stated he believed in Karma.. I wasn't really looking to pay for karma. Ended up paying the other party well over $500K over the settlement offered two days before the court date that he recommended we turn down. Do do not hire this guy!! Ended up going back to court 5 more times to fix what this guy screwed up.. he did not know the law or know where to go to figure it out.. did that on my own later at a high cost!

Jay, I'm sorry to hear you feel this way about the services I provided to you. I am not familiar with the facts as you present them in your review, and without knowing your last name, I can't be sure which case you are referring to; although, I do remember working on a very contentious case with similar facts in 2014. However, the case I am familiar with that I worked on was resolved by a judge's decision after a trial on the facts, not a settlement. So I may or may not have the correct case in mind. I work very hard to reach the best possible result for all my clients within the confines of the law and the facts as they are presented to me. Family law cases can be very difficult and contentious cases, especially with a high asset divorce after a long-term marriage involving minor children, where one spouse earns considerably more than the other spouse. In cases resolved by settlement, I provide the best possible legal advice to my client, but the final decision to sign or not sign a settlement agreement is always the client's decision. It is my practice to withdraw from a case when the case is concluded following entry of a final judgment (either after a trial on the issues or a settlement reached by the parties.); since my services are generally not retained following a final judgment.

Beware

I was a client of Chris. He was suppose to have a tenant evicted from one of my properties which he did not do. He accepted payment and after that it was hard to reach him after calling and emailing him for weeks. Then failed to follow the case through or producing any kind of a refund for services I paid him for and Chris refused to file the necessary paperwork. Now I am forced to pay another attorney to complete the eviction. He also stated he works for the court not for me.

Jim, I'm sorry you feel that way about your experience with me, but you are not being truthful in this review. The truth is that I have returned all your phone calls, you might remember most recently we talked on the night you placed this review (6/24), and we have talked on numerous separate occasions over the past months about your case and concerns. The truth also is that I represented you diligently, including when I traveled from Tampa to Titusville to appear in court on your behalf. You might remember that I filed your case, attended a hearing, and worked out a settlement between you and the tenant. Unfortunately, the tenant defaulted on the agreement, and more unfortunately you accepted partial payments from the tenant. The Florida eviction statutes are very clear, accepting a partial payment waives your right to evict. I explained that statute to you on more than one occasion, including in person when I was in court with you in Titusville, Florida. But you insisted that I continue with the eviction case, despite you accepting a partial payment, which left me with no alternative but to withdraw from your case. It's true, attorneys are officers of the court, and as such, we are held to certain ethical and professional standards. When I was put in a position that compromised those ethical or professional standards, I decided to withdraw from your case. I can understand that you are not happy with the outcome of this case, but you must take some responsibility for your own actions, which jeopardized your case.

STAY AWAY!

When I hired Mr. Fiori for my divorce and child custody he seemed honest and like a good man, until my retainer was paid. He was IMPOSSIBLE to get on the phone, at times it would take over a month. I did all the talking/working during mediation with no help from him. He basically told me that I needed to just accept whatever my ex was requesting. Every time she needed something it was demanded from me instantly but when I need information or anything from her (and important things, like necesseties to keep the kids insured), there was always an excuse. When I reitterated with Mr. Fiori that I wanted custodial parent or at a minimum, extensive visitation time allotted to me in the parenting plan he responded with "well you don't want them all the time, or even for a full summer, won't you want time off to yourself as well?"
