The summation is I would hire Ash. Period. My experience was first and hopefully last in the world of Florida insurance lawsuits. This is not my expertise by any means but Ash was incredibly helpful with my questions and fear of why this was continuing to move forward for 3 years when should have b...een settled on first suit by insurance. For some idealic rationale my case was one of opportunity and example for typical insurance companies and lawsuits but did not want to pay based on prosecution. Even saying this makes me tremble but also glad it’s over. Ash walked me through each stage and always returned my calls. I’m sure in the number one state in the country for lawsuits Ash sees this quite often but I never felt like just another number. I’m sooo glad it’s over and had Ash by my side.

Ash is the worst "lawyer". And I use the title "lawyer" very loosely. He doesn't know what he's doing. He did NOTHING proactive in my case resulting in me being charged in federal court. Ash misrepresented himself. FOR GOD'S SAKE, PLEASE DO NOT HIRE HIM!! He wouldn't return my phone calls, text...s, or emails. He did not care at all that my life was on the line.

Ash is an AMAZING attorney. From day one of the consultation, he made sure he understood the situation, providing clear expectations, discussed pros & cons, and gave "real world" perspective - even on the weekend.
