The summation is I would hire Ash. Period. My experience was first and hopefully last in the world of Florida insurance lawsuits. This is not my expertise by any means but Ash was incredibly helpful with my questions and fear of why this was continuing to move forward for 3 years when should have b...een settled on first suit by insurance. For some idealic rationale my case was one of opportunity and example for typical insurance companies and lawsuits but did not want to pay based on prosecution. Even saying this makes me tremble but also glad it’s over. Ash walked me through each stage and always returned my calls. I’m sure in the number one state in the country for lawsuits Ash sees this quite often but I never felt like just another number. I’m sooo glad it’s over and had Ash by my side.

I am glad that I hired Taracks & Associates to represent me in court on injunction case. And I was more great full when I got representen by Ash Ghezelbash. Even a lot of clients probably will feel that he is young and may be doesn’t have a lot of experience yet, and for true it was mine first thoug...hts. I hired Ash because a neighbor took out a bogus stalking injunction against me. He took the bull by the horns, and after a couple continuances was able to get the temporary injunction dismissed!
