Born in Abington, Pennsylvania in 1975, Ms. Warenyk has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2004. She is admitted to practice before United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Middle Districts of Florida. Ms. Warenyk obtained her Bachelor of Science degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Central Florida in 2000, and her Juris Doctor Degree, Cum Laude, from Stetson University College of Law in 2004.
Prior to graduation, Ms. Warenyk was selected to serve as a Judicial Intern for the Florida Supreme Court. During her tenure at the Florida Supreme Court, her duties included working closely with the Administrative Justice, Justice Cantero, and the Clerk of the Supreme Court, Thomas D. Hall. Ms. Warenyk also studied law abroad in Geneva, Switzerland with focus on International Human Rights, Global Trade Law, and International Environmental Policy. She has experience litigating in both Florida state and federal courts.
Ms. Warenyk currently enjoys a diverse practice including family law and domestic relations issues as well as the litigation of contractor disputes/enforcement of property liens, personal injury, and traffic court matters.
