Biography
Mr. Ramsey’s practice focuses on the representation of debtors and trustees in Chapter 11 reorganizations as well as Chapter 7 liquidations. Mr. Ramsey also represents a variety of secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Ramsey is admitted to practice in Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle, Northern and Southern Districts of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. While in law school Mr. Ramsey was the Senior Articles Editor of the Florida State University Law Review.
