Michael Paul Brundage

Mike Brundage has represented clients for over 25 years in the areas of business bankruptcy, creditors' rights litigation (including mortgage foreclosures, receiverships, replevins, proceedings supplementary), commercial litigation (including lender liability litigation, non-compete litigation and partnership/shareholder disputes) as well as real property litigation. Mr. Brundage represents financial institutions, asset-based lenders, debt buyers, private lenders, private and public companies, and other creditors, as well as debtors, trustees, official committees and other commercial litigants in bankruptcy, state and federal courts throughout the State of Florida and the Southeastern United States. Mr. Brundage also frequently consults with and represents parties (lenders and borrowers) in connection with lending and financing transactions.

Mr. Brundage is widely recognized as an expert in the areas of business reorganizations, insolvency-related matters, creditors’ rights litigation, commercial litigation, loan work outs and lending and financing transactions. He has been Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification since 2004.
