Mark A Hanley

Mr.Hanely was an awesome mediator, and a very knowledgeable attorney. He  was very fair and respectful. I would definitely recommend him as a mediator and or as an attorney. My experience using him as my mediator was good. People have to realize, when you file a lawsuit it's about principle and even ...though the outcome of mediation is not good and never what you think you deserve, but you win even if you get a penny because the point was made.

Do not select if you attorney recommends him for mediation. I recently had an employment conference with successful resolution to the matter, but I will tell you, in my opinion, Mark Hanley's behavior was not professional for any attorney let alone one "allowed the priviledge" to be a mediator of di...sputes. From the onset of mediation, I felt 'bullied' by this 'good ole boy' attorney. He made every effort to intimidate me and attack my character. He even called me a name.
