Marc was referred to me by two credible sources. He made himself familiar with my case very quickly and my case was won via jury verdict.

Shameless thief!

Back in 2019 my husband was arrested for DUI and then sent to be detained in Miami Krome center. I hired Marc a couple days prior to represent my husband in court(Hillsborough) since he would not be able to appear being in Miami. All he had to do was just show up- but, did he do that? No! He couldn’t... even file that he would be representing my husband in court. When the day of his hearing came Marc did not show up and filed paperwork the next day resulting in my husband getting an arrest warrant. Marc never told me about any of this instead for months he lied to me saying the judge refused to see him and wanted my husband there in person. I only found this out later on when I hired a different attorney and these findings came out. Screw this guy it’s best to not

Thanks a million

I was charged with a DUI. My case was dismissed and that is thanks to Attorney Marc Joseph. If ever in need again I will definitely use him. Thanks again

Excellent Criminal Defense Attorney in Tampa FL

Attorney M. Joseph was a pleasure to work. I found his rates to be extremely reasonable and he was available to take my calls and answer all of my questions even late at night. My case was handled and one of my charges was dismissed. I would highly recommend this attorney.

A+ Criminal Defense representation

Criminal attorney Marc Joseph was hired to handle a Domestic Violence charge and Driving while license suspended charge. I found his representation to be very affordable and he was always available by phone when I called him. He was able to get my Domestic violence charge dismissed and I only had to ...pay a small fine to get my license reinstated. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him again if the need arises. A+ attorney!
