Hernando Bernal should be avoided at all cost, he has caused so many problems and pain for our family, it’s beyond shocking. He took over 1 year to file our E2 which was extremely expensive and very poorly done. Because it took such a long time after it should have been done, we received a request fo...r evidence which no other attorney will touch, because there are so many fundamental errors in the first filing that it’s impossible to get it approved. We think Hernando knew that the filing was well below standard and opted to abandon the case, as soon as he had taken substantial payment. The business plan company was horrible to work with, and all of their work had to be checked and changed for grammatical and spelling mistakes. Our advice for anyone who has dealings or thinking of hiring Hernando, don’t! If you have signed up already, cut your losses and get a better attorney fast.

Why aren't we recieving phone calls back, after paying a lump sum amount and promised paperwork to be handled, this attorney ignores our phone calls and does not acknowledge us as clients...We have been using him for 2 months and the first 2 weeks he responded and after that no returned calls, and no...thing completed.
