Frustrated, mean, unprofessional, no attention for detail. Even exchanging information was stressful. She acted like I am a pain to deal with when in fact, SHE HAD MISSPELLED my name even in my email address. It took several days and attempts for her to understand that in fact, she made a mistake. ...Never apologized for her rude demeanour. This was just the intake process.. I should have turned away right there and then. During the process, she did not remember or bother to look up details, the very purpose of our FOIA request was lost with her. When the incomplete set of documents came back, she talked to me like I was a criminal or terrorist. Her tone, her approach and her communication style is very unprofessional. Very belittling. She acts like she is some sort of authority figure within system who has no time for the "little nobody's" concern. Horrible person.

So my family and I invested in a E-2 Visa. She was all about the money. Money here, money there. My parents spent all their capital on this process. At the end it failed, the visa was denied. She was confused using the excuse that “she doesn’t usually do this kind of process” I felt like she never pe...rsonalized to our case and that we wasted a lot of money. Now I see things and all the steps that she made us do where wrong. My family and I we trusted her and she failed us. Don’t go to this lawyer, she won’t be helpful.
