A tremendous immigration attorney

Emel helped my wife and I through our green card journey, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We had spoken with many immigration lawyers, but from our initial consultation, we could tell Emel clearly cared about our case and was fully committed to helping us. She did not disappoint o...ne bit!!!! She was responsive throughout the entire process, and a challenging time was made that much easier knowing we had someone who is a passionate advocate for immigrants in our corner. Not only is she a true expert but she truly cares, and we undoubtedly recommend her to anyone seeking immigration representation.

I didn't believe lawyers like her exists! Great lawyer!

Ms. Ersan is currently my lawyer and I am so lucky to have exactly her working on my case. My experience so far is just great. She is the best! And when I say this I really mean it. My situation is very complicated, many immigration lawyers before Ms. Ersan didn't even want to start working... on my case... But not her! She not only took my case but she gave me the confidence I really needed after going through hell at that point of my life... I didn't believe that lawyers like her exists! And something very important here: She ANSWERS phone calls, text messages and e-mails even after collecting the fee for her services! I know that this is very important to be said especially if you, like me have previous experience with lawyers who forget about you once you pay them all the fees.

get what you pay for

Where to begin... I understand there are good reviews on here BUT that is only when the good side is shown, true colors are shown only when something wrong happens. My story is long but it comes from the heart and it really pains me to write this because I do not like to speak ill of others. First of... all when she says "I HAVE NOT LOST A CASE IN OVER 14 YEARS" or however long she says this could be false because mine was almost lost because of her mistake. So yes her prices are cheaper than most other lawyers in Tampa but you get what you pay for. So before I paid, it was very clear that there would be NO EXTRA CHARGES for any of her services, so we said great and gave her around $2,000. Now fast forward a couple months later, there’s a huge mistake by not putting our apartment number when filling out our mailing address so instead of owning up to this mistake she blames the customer (me), even if it was my fault (which it was not) you never ever blame the customer you own up to it and fix it but instead of fixing the mistake, I am quoting here she calls me stupid, I was absolutely mortified and we got into a screaming match over the phone, it was the most unprofessional thing I have ever had to deal with in my enter life. So because the mailing address was filed wrong and I missed two letters and then things just began to go downhill from there. She begin to slowly ignore my calls and I was at a point that there was nothing I could do because I had already paid her, and when she finally would answer my call because I called from a different number she said she was going to start charging me for the calls because I was taking too much of her time even though she specifically stated that there was no extra charges after the initial payment. So basically to solve the problem she emailed me a website and I filled out all the information (doing her job) so yes things eventually get fixed and then comes the interview time and it was agreed that the price was included of our $2,000, but then because things went so wrong and took up extra time she decides that she is inclined to an extra $250 which I flat out refused to pay and when I refused, not joking here implied that I was poor. So at that point I was just in disgust and refused to ever speak to her again. So moral of the story is me and my wife got a new lawyer and he was fantastic went to the interview and happily ever after. So yes there are good reviews on here for when things go correctly but when things go south expect the absolute worst and extra charges.my word of advice go spend an extra $100 or $200 more and get someone that cares about you, again you get what you pay for….

There is always that ONE client....No matter what you do for them, they complain. This client DID get their green card with the papers I filed for them. Cannot win them all...

She is the attorney for hard cases!!

Absolutely amazing!! I've talked to four different attorneys before I hired her and everybody said it's impossible to get my green card!! However, she was the only one who understood me from the beginning and helped me to the end until get my green card. Her fees are very very reasonable and she does...n't charge anything extra like any other attorneys. Btw, she is busy (it's understandable) but always get back to me on the same day or so. Lastly, as a Turkish citizen, I have heard many horror stories about other Turkish attorneys but Mrs. Ersan is completely different and very honest. Otherwise, I wouldn't hired her while I was in Turkey.
