Mr. Andrew Spicola sent me a postcard in the mail to inform me to hire him for a non-moving violation. However I was involved in a traffic accident and I called him to determine my course for action for a moving violation. He indicated to me the the cost to represent my case would be only $75. I ...accepted his offer and he represented my case in a logical manner and won. I never had to show up in court although I received a summons to appear in traffic court. Not only did I not have to pay court fees I did not have to submit to driving school. In fact by email and a follow up call I made to him to indicate that I received a summons; he kept me informed on how he would represent me in court since I work on call as a home health care professional. With faith he indicated that he would represent me to avoid paying hidden court costs and having points added to my license. The results: all accounts of my accident were removed. No history of a an accident, no points added to my license, no driving school. His efforts saved me over $100 in frivolous fees usually mandated by the court for settlement and/or driving school. Very happy indeed.

I paid Andrew close to $15,000 in my fiances drug court case & he never even tried to get him a BOND REDUCTION!!! My fiancé ended up taking a 12 year state prison followed by 8 years probation plea deal per Mr. Spicolas advice, but I truly believe he only told him to take the plea because he didn't w...ant to have to actually WORK at trial!!! I highly recommend you continue your search and find another atty! Andrew was the hardest person to get ahold of and would only answer the phone or return calls if money was involved. We had previous events where he did ok, but when it came down to a BIG case, he did nothing that a public defender could've done! I was BEYOND disappointed!

I contacted Andrew to fight a following to closely violation. My violation was $153.I asked him what his charge would be and he said $75.I then asked what the worst case scenario would be with my ticket. He said $63 for court cost and that would be it.So my total bill would be $75.Lawyer $63.Court co...st Total $138.Now I still owe the $153 and have to pay him $75.Andrew has never called me or mailed me to let me know results of the case. Trial was 12/18 now 1/8 I get results. Andrew did call me back after I left 5 messages and told me he was going to call the district attorney. He also sent me a letter to an address I lived at 20yrs ago!
