I was in a small car accident where I rear ended a lady and I was given a ticket for 150 something dollars for “speeding in dangerous conditions“ I was given Andrews information by my insurance company I have State Farm and I always have the pleasure of speaking the same one out of two people when ...I call. My insurance agent spoke very highly of him and said he has helped a lot of family and friends with multiple cases needing representation by an attorney. So I contacted Andrew and he message me back right away saying he was in court and he would get back to me a soon as he was free which I really appreciated him taking the time just to send that message so I didn’t keep calling trying to get a hold of somebody. The next day he called me back and I explain the situation to him and he and then begin to explain how the whole representation works. First, he would go to court for me I wouldn’t have to go secondly, I would not have points put on my license and lastly It should have no effect on my insurance. If we lost the case the worst thing that would happened is I would’ve had to pay for court costs which was pretty much the same price as my ticket. when I was speaking to him he sounded very confident and he had all the information from my accident, I sent him pictures of both vehicles, and a picture of the ticket. So once I hired him and paid him $99 he was able to receive a court date. A couple of weeks go by and I typically don’t answer phone numbers I don’t know and I have his number saved I believe he tried to call me several times but was unable to reach me. So I got a letter in the mail and as a result of the hearing which He conducted we were able to have the listed ticket dismissed as a result, you have no further obligation. There will be no record of the event we are driving history, and it should have No effect on your license. I was SO HAPPY!!!!! Andrew Spicola made it happen I am totally satisfied with my service with him I only had to pay $99 to hire him I didn’t have to pay for my ticket just like that everything is done and over I Highly Highly Highly recommend Andrew for any type of legal representation being that they are a full-service law firm.
