Atty. Garner reviewed a lease last year and told us we were fine for the next 5-10 years which was the new lease conditions. However, she neglected to do her research in the lease and we were informed by the opposing attorney that the new lease was not "witnessed by two people", so it wasn't valid. ... Because of this, we had to move out of our business location. Furthermore, the attorney didn't have the courtesy to contact us toward the end of this issue and had sent us a letter telling us that they were "no longer being represented by their firm". We paid her $450.00 to have a paralegal draft up a letter and a few phone conversations. FIND AN EXPERIENCED ATTORNEY WHO KNOWS THE LAW AND WON'T LEAVE YOU IN A BIND!!!!!!
