Worst lawyer I’ve ever dealt with

I hired Anthony to help me with my divorce case that was supposed to be easy and simple and realized super fast that he was corrupted and will take your money and do NOTHING. He did zero work on my case, wouldn’t reply to my numerous calls, emails, texts, wouldn’t even reply to my exs lawyer or the n...ew lawyer I had to find and lose more money. I never got a refund back from him, never got a bill, and I would check his Facebook page and he would be posting football updates non stop instead of doing the job he was hired and pay for. Avoid him at all cost, you will lose your money and you will lose your case.

BEFORE HIRING HIM-PLEASE READ!

He will encourage you to write a review from day one & to check his reviews, I chose to wait until my case was finished to see how he actually performed & to learn his true character-THIS WAS MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH HIM! Its highly disappointing, that I had trial August 12th, 2020. I have called... several times a week since to try to get a copy of the modified parenting plan that was established from Anthony Franko. I have gotten absolutely no communication back from Anthony what so ever, besides a reference to a "appeal attorney" who doesn't even do appeals in family court. I had to drive to Tampa today to pay to get a copy from the court house myself, only to find out my Parenting plan was signed and established on September 13th, 2020 over a week ago). Moving forward I am now in a time crunch, and in a delay due to Anthony's inability & willingness to communicate with me in regards to my case. I had to call the opposing party today to try to gather information needed to file the appeal, only to get no response from them either. I am highly disappointed in the out come of my case as well as Anthonys actions, and failure to represent me to his full lawful ability. I will NOT be recommending Anthony to anyone what so ever moving forward. Not only did I loose my case, Anthony texted me speaking sexually and inappropriatly towards me. When I addressed this, he did however Apologize in text messages, I believed, and trusted him moving forward he would be more professional but instead that too was a mistake. I chose to stay with Anthony as my representation due to the financial situation I am in, and out of hope he would still do his part as my attorney that I hired, however Anthony failed me in that aspect as well. I pray that no other woman has to experience what I have gone through. There was other complaints on his google page before hiring him that I read, when I addressed these complaints with Anthony he convinced me the other people were just upset for loosing there case. I now realize I to am a victim of his poor representation & his poor diligence. I truly wish I took there reviews more serious and did not waste my money hiring him. I am a single mother who did not even have the money from the start, I now have to pay evermore to hire someone to appeal, and move forward with my case. Please do your research on these attorneys before hiring them! I did not want to write this Anthony but I have not heard from you and again I am truly disapointed in everything from my outcome to your actions.

Very knowledgeable

Mr. Franco went out of his way to help me get all of my divorce paperwork filed and ready to go. He explained the process and actually went over things with me that I didn't even consider, when I was filling out all of my documents! I really appreciate everything he has done and all of the help he ha...s given to my family and I throughout this process!! I highly recommend him to anyone that needs a knowledgeable divorce attorney!

Professional, Direct, and Knowledgeable
