To me "free consultation" means you meet with Atty David Bromley and it's a fact finding meeting for both you. You to see what you need to do, in the process, him to answer any questions you may have, he sees what he may need to do for you and finally to see if you even qualify for disability bene...fits. When you call you're asked several questions which is perfectly fine and then you are put on a brief hold and I was told she was going to talk with his assistant and when the gal comes back on the line she'll tell you if she can set up an appointment for you or not. His assistant is basically making decisions for him when he or she doesn't know all the specifics of my or anyone's situation. I'm very disappointed because after many hours of research to find the perfect attorney I found Mr. Bromley only to be told you don't qualify over the phone. Now the search must start again. I wonder how many cases he could of won for people who were turned away from the get go. My advice is have a plan "B" for a backup attorney.

I kept putting off filing for ssdi until it was almost too late for me.  I would have an anxiety attack every time I started seriously thinking about it.  My anxiety issues along with a multitude of other health problems were the reasons I needed to apply.   I had actually picked up David Bromley's b...rochure at my primary care doctor's office over a year before I finally go up enough nerve to call about a free consultation and spoke to a lovely young lady named Jordyn who asked me some questions and ultimately said that they believed they could help me and set up an appointment for me with David. I was one of the 30 to 35 percent who get approved at their initial application.  I believe that the advice I got from David and Jessica was a big part of why I was approved on my initial application.  I also believe that having a successful and experienced ssdi attorney such as David Bromley's name listed as my lawyer let the SSA know that I would keep fighting until I was approved. They know that David is an expert in this area and would not have taken my case if he didn't believe that I was eligible for it. My advice to anyone who is considering filing for ssdi is to call David Bromley for a free consultation.   Do not delay like I did.  I believe that I missed out on several years of benefits by letting my anxiety keep me from applying. David Bromley is very straightforward and will let you know what he believes your chances are and further what you need do to strengthen your case.
