I would highly recommend David Bromley at The Golden Law Group to anyone. They represented me in my social security disability after another law firm turned me down over the telephone. I have a very unusual disability (probably the first case of my condition that social security had ever seen) and ...The Golden Law Group staff did not turn me away over the telephone or when I went in for a consultation. My physician highly recommended The Golden Law Group to me after I was previously turned down by the other firm. I was informed up front that my case would be won in court, and they were right. I did receive at first two denials which I was told that the denials may happen, but not to worry. The Golden Law Group did more than what social security asks for to make sure that my case would be approved. They were always on top of my case making sure they had the latest records from my physicians and providing social security with that information. They kept in touch with me either by telephone or email on a regular basis. Sometimes they would just call to check up on me to see how I was doing. By them doing more than what social security needed I believe helped me in getting my disability approved all the way back until 2015.

The following is my experience with David Bromley.  Less than adequate as an attorney.  Sells you a dream, delivers a nightmare.  Works with opposing counsel to appease their needs. He encouraged me to accept thousands of dollars less at a mediation merely because he needed to rush to leave and pick... up his children from school! He advised me to quit my job after I revealed to him (for the 2nd time) how I was being harassed and conspired against by two managers, (one of whom blatantly lied about my situation), an assistant manager, and a sales rep of the company we were in litigation with. The first time I notified him of their treachery, he said "Good. We can use that against them if we have to go to court" yet the second time I told him, approximately a month after the first incident, he angrily responded "Well quit! What do you want me to do about it?! If you can't deal with it then quit!" Even though he, himself, informed me 2 1/2 to 3 months prior that if I voluntarily resigned my position I would negate my claim. One week after his egregious comment/action (many more that I could mention) I terminated his services. Two days after terminating him, he sent me an email with a low settlement offer provided by opposing counsel and beseeched me to get in touch with him. Really David? Within 6 weeks of retaining a capable attorney, I was offered a settlement THREE times the amount David Bromley was encouraging me to accept. If you are in need of an efficient, professional attorney, I would not recommend David Bromley.

I kept putting off filing for ssdi until it was almost too late for me.  I would have an anxiety attack every time I started seriously thinking about it.  My anxiety issues along with a multitude of other health problems were the reasons I needed to apply.   I had actually picked up David Bromley's b...rochure at my primary care doctor's office over a year before I finally go up enough nerve to call about a free consultation and spoke to a lovely young lady named Jordyn who asked me some questions and ultimately said that they believed they could help me and set up an appointment for me with David. They know that David is an expert in this area and would not have taken my case if he didn't believe that I was eligible for it. My advice to anyone who is considering filing for ssdi is to call David Bromley for a free consultation.   Do not delay like I did.  I believe that I missed out on several years of benefits by letting my anxiety keep me from applying.
