Pure Professionalism
Ms. Faller handled our business with a caring and professional attitude. We have dealt with her on several occasions and each time we walk away quite please with the way she handled our case. You will not be disappointed.
"Being in family law, I often have crossover issues involving elder law or guardianship. Danielle and the Hemness team are my go to specialists for elder law and guardianship matters. I frequently refer clients to them. Not only do they devote their entire practice to elder law issues, they exhibit the necessary level of professionalism to handle the sensitive nature of their work."
"Danielle is one of the most dedicated and hardest-working attorneys I have ever met. She's a rising star in her field and I have no doubt that one day she'll be the President of the Florida Bar's Elder Law section"
