I am a Florida Bar board certified attorney in both real estate and condominium and planned development law. I have specialized experience representing the legal demands of homeowner and condominium associations. In addition to handling the transactional and litigation needs of our community association clients, I am adept at representing and providing legal counsel to individuals and business entites as it pertains their real estate and business related legal needs. This representation includes drafting/reviewing contracts, evictions, collections and foreclosures. Fees are based upon reasonable hourly rates or in some instances a fixed rate. Sorry, matters are not handled on contingency.
