Biography
I am a partner with Sachs Sax Caplan in Boca Raton, FL, and chair the firm’s Real Estate and Transactional Law Group. I and am a double Florida Bar Board Certified Attorney – Real Estate and Condominium/Planned Development. I have been assisting clients in commercial and residential closings, financings, title insurance and title matters, real estate disputes, commercial leases, condo and HOA matters, and corporate matters for nearly 30 years. I am a former member of the Board of Directors of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association, active in several Florida Bar committees, including two terms as chair of a Florida Bar Grievance Committee. I am actively involved in numerous community civic and philanthropic organizations.
Sachs Sax Caplan is a full-service law firm, with practice areas in real estate, community association (Condo, HOA and Club representation), litigation, trusts and estates, probate, family law, land use, lobbying and governmental relations, and other areas.
My family and I have resided in South Florida for more than 22 years, moving from New Jersey in 1999.
