Roger P. Foley

I was arrested for convicted felon in possession of a firearm, armed trafficking and trafficking 25-2000lbs of marijuana. I had retained another lawyer prior to finding Mr. Foley. The prior lawyer basically pushed it off until the courts wanted a trial. The problem was his solution was for me to coop...erate with the police which i was not going to do. We have a pretty good shot at this in trial” my response was if it isn’t 100% guaranteed that we win I’m not going to risk 15-20 years of my life. What Mr. Foley was able to achieve with a short amount of prep time was amazing. He’s a no frills, straight up honest attorney. Works like an animal on the cases he takes in. I did my two years in prison and out my past behind me. I’m grateful to have had Mr. Foley on my side. If it wasn’t for him I would of been doing 15-20 years in prison. I got in a car with a friend of mine and we went to eat. Out of no where he was pulled over by police and they charged both of us but I was charged with drug trafficking armed and possession of firearm. I was really scared. I was innocent. My wife was attacked by two other females and I tried to protect her. I yelled at them to stop but when I tried to intervene it was not possible to stop them. My wife was pregnant at the time so I had fear that she and the baby were in danger. I wanted to protect my wife and unborn child and feared... losing the baby. After the motion we were going to come back again for the judge to decide but Mr. Foley was working really hard on the case and a few days prior to going to Court I received a call from Mr. Foley telling me that the state was going to reduce the charge from a 20 to life to Misdemeanor and I could go ahead and get my gun permit then I have to complete some classes and community service and then all the charges will be dismissed. I am very happy that Mr. Foley beat the case and I did not go to prison. My wife and I have just had another baby and I am so happy to have my family and not be in a prison. I feel like I hired the right lawyer. He is real good. During the whole process I had financial problems and he worked with me because he believed me and said he would help. He said he would do everything to beat the case and he did. I am proud of him and his firm.

Pulled over by police and they asked me for my dl. I had my firearm with me and they took me out the car and sat me down. THey claimed to smell some weed. Then they searched and found the weed and the gun and they confiscated everything and charged me with a second degree felony for transporting d...rugs and using a firearm. I am free to travel wherever I want an thats important for my new job. Its not cheap but if your case is important to you then Roger Foley is the lawyer to see
