Billing Issues (numerous) Rarely punctual Disregarded written instructions, then billed me for unauthorized work. She attempted to charge me nearly $500.00 for firing here. I have requested a ledger of my account, and they have not produced. I have not been divorced a year, and she cla...ims I don't have any rights (to much time has passed evidently).

She would create UNNECESSARY work. Conflict of interest (my spouse indicated that her firm wouldn't work for me because principal Lanning Fox was a friend of Hers). Fraudulent billing practice (overcharged). Failed to serve spouse as promised. Failed to follow instructions. Has refused to review acco...unting of her services or lack thereof. Was extremely rude. Was late for most appointments. Billed for work that was not requested. Her main objective was to allegedly do work so she could inflate her invoices. Mediator asked if we should start without her when she did not show (my answer was yes). Should have fired here then and there. When I relieved her of services attempted to bill me hundreds of dollars for her withdrawal. Extremely DISAPPOINTED.
