Nicole Hunt Jackson

Nicole attended the University of Miami, School of Law on a Deans Honor Scholarship earning her Juris Doctorate in 1994. Beginning her career as a Protective Services Attorney in Miami, Florida, she advocated for the rights of the abused, abandoned, and neglected children. She then worked as an Assistant Attorney General handling Uniform Interstate Family Support matters for enforcement of child support matters. As a Guardian ad Litem Attorney, she handled dependency matters advocating for the best interest of dependent children. Nicole was in private practice, handling cases in New York and in Florida for many years before joining the Firm.

Nicole returned to her own private practice at The Jackson Firm, LLC after serving as of Counsel at Lesser, Lesser, Landy & Smith for five years. She continues to advocate for children in our community that need a voice in our justice system, though volunteer work and in handling adoption matters. She is employed an adjunct professor for Palm Beach State College providing legal training to assist in preparing police officers to gain their certification and currenty sits on the board for Helathy Mothers, Healthy Babies of Palm Beach.  Nicole continues to advocate for justice as she brings her many years of experience and dedication to her firm. She resides in West Palm Beach, Florida with her three daughters.
