Jeremy and his team provided wonderful consulting for my divorce during a not so wonderful time for me. As a tenant, I have nothing but the highest praise for Jeremy Pigott! I had the unfortunate experience of having two, back-to-back "slumlords" for condos that I was renting. Mr. Pigott was extremely knowledgeable and often had the pertinent Landlord-Tenant Statute printed up for my appointments with ...him. This way, I was able to understand, from both sides, what could and couldn't be done. Emotions ran very high between each landlord and me but, at no time, did Mr Pigott take advantages of those situations. He even SAVED me money by pointing out why certain actions that I wanted to take were unnecessary or even detrimental. He handled both matters expeditiously and professionally. With Mr. Pigott's legal expertise, I was even able to terminate the second lease early! I strongly recommend Jeremy Pigott without any reservations!

Contacted the firm a couple of years ago as I needed legal assistance in Florida to handle a matter with me ex-husband (referred by Florida Bar). It was suggested by Jeremy's father (who since retired) that we start with a letter to my ex husband. After a year and a half and excuse after excuse by my... ex to rectify the matter, I again contacted the firm and another letter was sent to my ex by Jeremy, which basically stated court action would be our next step if he did not comply. It worked, and within a month, the matter was finally laid to rest, without the need to go to court.
