If not for Jeremy Piggott, I am sure I would still have squatters living in my home. After two months of excuses why rent was not paid and yet they could not move out, my property manager suggested I call Piggott, Piggott & Kearce. From my first phone call, I knew this practice was professional, ser...ious, efficient, and would get the job done. In fact, Jeremy was on vacation, but he called me within an hour. In 30 minutes, we had a plan. He sent the first document right after we hung up. Jeremy checked in with me several more times during his vacation. I knew exactly what was supposed to happen at every stage, and it did, exactly when it said it would. The delivery and follow-up of several documents resulted in the tenants vacating in less than three weeks after my first phone call to Piggott, Piggott & Kearce.
