Contacted the firm a couple of years ago as I needed legal assistance in Florida to handle a matter with me ex-husband (referred by Florida Bar). It was suggested by Jeremy's father (who since retired) that we start with a letter to my ex husband. After a year and a half and excuse after excuse by my... ex to rectify the matter, I again contacted the firm and another letter was sent to my ex by Jeremy, which basically stated court action would be our next step if he did not comply. It worked, and within a month, the matter was finally laid to rest, without the need to go to court.
