Said he could get 40,000 for my injury. I walked home with 13,400 . My case was almost 3 years., but to be fair another attorney originally had the case who referred me to Mr. Keller. I had an excellent doctor but Im still in pain. What really bothered me the most was first after 3 years I asked... Mr. Keller if I finally settled how much I would get he said 15,000 or a little more. Second I asked how long would it take to get a check from today, meaning that day, because I was in a financial bind not to mention when your case takes that long the medical bill from the very beginning went onto my credit. So He told me 2-4 weeks. I asked if he could get closer to two he said definitely. On the 12th day after that I finally ask him have you gotten the check. He said no not yet and I ill bring it to you when it comes. Then 8 days later I ask again and he says no didnt get it. A half week later I ask again he never responded to a phone call or an email. Then I told him I understood he was busy amd my case is not his biggest Im sure but could he tell me if the check came he said he works just as hard for every case and evidently he was mad I was mad that 4 weeks after I still hadnt gotten a check and he wasnt happy I was asking again or the way I incinuated he wasnt doing his job and no I havent gotten it. He saud hes not in control of when the defense sends it. He went on to say I know when I told charlie he was away. I will call them, guess he hadnt in all that almost 4 weeks and I guess charlie is the only one that works for the defense and mustve been gone awhile. He said he would call me on monday that next week it was Saturday he had finally called me. But he didnt call monday or email me so I waited two more days finally I reminded him he was going to call me monday and here it was Wednesday. In the meantime a lady I work with told me thats unusual once a case is agreed they get it within two days. He tells me he forwards me an email says nothing if why he didnt call on Monday or even hello he just forwards the email his assistant wrote to charlie and it shows That it was almost 2 weeks before he even made the agreement with the other attorney so his 2-4 weeks included him not in agreement with charlie, the defense. Now the defense offered that 30k so not sure why it took that long for them to agree on what they already offered And to top it off HIS ASSISTANT asked on THURSDAY when he told me hed call Monday and call me to let me know what they said. He never called me and i have no idea if he called vacationing charlie, but the firwarded email says she asked them BY EMAIL to a female name Im guessing was Charlue assistant. But heres the BEST part not only do I see his assistant emailed it Thursday when he said hed call me Monday before that but I see below her email that he never even told charlie that I agreed until TWELVE DAYS AFTER I AGREED. So needless to say Im not too hapoy by then. Well it was ANOTHER 6 days til I had to ask him what did charlie say? Finally he sends an email that says that very same day suddenly is when he finally got charlie to do His job. but now he finally has the check and says it will take a few days to clear it was 4 days he says i will call the bank and says nope it didnt. So on the 5th day I ask again did it clear and he says oh no it takes a long time for 30,000 dollars to clear. but I told him that Navy Federal told me 48 hours only two nights I said for a big check they said the amount doesnt matter at all. So then suddenly he says well let me find out if the bank can see if it will clear tonight. He calls almost two hours later and says yes it suddenly us going to be clear tonight I said well can I come by 1 to get it into my account for the same day and he says i will call and let you kniw if the book keeper will have TIME. Back and forth i want 3:30 he said not until 4 then I get there and it 2k less than he said it would b
