Biography
Jason Anthony McIntosh excels when fighting for the rights of victims. Prior to joining Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath, Jason was an Assistant State Attorney in Palm Beach County’s 15th Judicial Circuit. During his time as a prosecutor Jason tried over 50 jury trials and handled thousands of felony and misdemeanor criminal cases. Jason is originally from the New York Metropolitan area but is Palm Beach County raised through and through. Jason attended middle school, high school and college all in Palm Beach County. Jason then matriculated at the Florida State University College of Law and while in Tallahassee he worked as a legislative intern with the Florida House of Representatives’ Democratic Office. Jason provided bill analysis, policy impact summaries, and legal research for House Members who were on the civil justice and criminal justice subcommittees. Jason also practiced as a Certified Legal Intern with the Office of the State Attorney during his time in law school. Jason’s extensive courtroom experience, legal knowledge and abilities allow him to passionately advocate for client’s rights.
