Receiving a traffic violation is never a good thing. But receiving a traffic ticket when you first move to a new state and are unfamiliar with the traffic laws is overwhelming. This is how I first met Mr. Brian Gabriel. Being new to Palm Beach County and needing a good and knowledgeable attorney is... frightful. But Mr. Gabriel’s credentials were hard to ignore. What is even more remarkable is that he lived up to his credentials and many more. I was facing a moving violation fine that came with a hefty fine and many points on my driving license. Even worse was the matter than this ticket occurred at the very beginning of the corona pandemic and courts were delayed and eventually closed. The situation could have been very stressful over the past 10 months if not for Attorney Gabriel. He was kind, knowledgeable, personable, attentive and always personally returned calls. His assistant, Yanira , was also a saint. She was confident, friendly and supportive. After 10 Covid months of appearing in court, only to be delayed.. my case was totally dismissed.
